Obvious. We use the latest technology to protect our customers and have chosen our payment solutions with care. We always put your safety first. 

How long is the delivery time?

Our normal delivery times are 2-5 days within Sweden. Orders placed on weekends are sent no earlier than the following Monday. Your order is delivered directly to the door with Postnord.

I have not received my package, what should I do? 

In connection with the fact that we have sent your order, a confirmation email will also be sent. Our delivery times are between 2-5 days, should it take more than 5 working days, you should contact our support immediately and we will help you.

How do you go about complaining about a product? 

Any errors and defects must always be reported to info@lyssbeauty.com where you state your name, address, e-mail address, order number, preferably a picture and a description of the error. We are responsible for return shipping for approved complaints.

I have ordered, but regret it. How do I? 

If you regret it, you should contact our support as soon as possible to cancel your order. In Sweden, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days that begins to run from the day you received the product.
